Vitamin B complex multivitamins
are not food
Before you can really understand Vitamin B deficiency to should first understand the difference between taking Vitamins and getting the necessary vitamin from the natural food source that has it. Most people seem unaware and think that man made vitamins are the same to our bodies as natural food sources with that vitamin.
You must know that our body was created to function perfectly. Our bodies do not use a pill form of a vitamin in the same way it does foods. Food is what our bodies were created to use for healing, energy and prevention of sickness. No matter how you do it, vitamins are not natural and because of that, they will cause side effects, be incomplete and lack what we need to create good health.
The main problem with vitamins is that unless it comes into our body as food, our bodies only recognize them as chemicals and not as nutrients.
This means that they will not work the same way in our bodies, for instance:
- Foods contain helper nutrients (synergists) that allow vitamins to work
- Foods never contain too much vitamins and so will never be toxic and you will never have side effects.
- Vitamins need other nutrients to work
- It’s not only the vitamin we need from the food source, but the other properties that help us and are required for health and healing.
For these reasons, and more, vitamin pills, despite their use and overuse, are not turning people’s health around. This is sad when you think that there is over a billion dollars a year spent on vitamin purchases. They are lacking the properties of real nutrition which can only come from eating nature’s real, whole, raw foods.
Because B complex multivitamins are not food, and our bodies still treat it as a chemical, we are not getting what we need to bring health and well being to our bodies. Now that you know this it is hoped you will seek a way to get what you need from natural food sources.
